During the day, Friends of South Glos Strays provided visitors with the opportunity to enter their furry friends in a number of classes and activities which was run by professional dog trainers. These were suitable for dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds, so all of your canine friends were welcome!
Activities included was the new Hooper’s agility run which was directed by the talented Michelle Cleary and Cleary Canines. Scent workshops also took place which was lead by the amazing Leisl de la Fontaine from Scent Work South West.
The Friends of South Glos Stray completed the day by running a fun and friendly dog show to raise funds for our local stray dogs!
A massive thank you to Bristol Canine Hydrotherapy Centre who sponsored the rosettes for the dog show. Now our furry friends can really stand out! Also a big thanks to our local sponsor Natural Treats Bristol for providing prize doggy bages for entries to 5th place. Why not pay Natural Treats Bristol a visit in Hatherell’s Yard of Chipping Sodbury for all kinds of tasty treats for your pups!
